Initially I enjoyed everything about this place. It seemed to be a well managed and well maintained autorepair shop. However, I spent 2 grand to get my air conditioning fixed. Did they replace the air conditioner? Yes, but they did not find the True source of the Problem? No. Because I have had to go back to them 7 times now for my air conditioner, not working every other repair shop, I have called said that if I paid as much money as I did, I should have the entire air conditioner replaced. Condenser, compressor, switches. The last time I went back to ron's , they found a pinhole leak in my condenser, they told me that wasn't part of the replacement.So what was only the air conditioning unit? I haven't two year old son and I can't be driving a boiling hot car. I'm sure everybody's struggling with money right now and I don't have the money to pay for any more repairs.I didn't even have money to pay for the first one. At this point I just want my money back or place.The air conditioner condenser with an charge.Because this is what ridiculous. If you decide to go there , make sure they actually troubleshoot find the actual problem.

Just reaching back out to all that might consider doing business with Rons Auto repair. Long story short after experiencing a catastrophic electrical issue while traveling south on I-35 on a Friday afternoon back home to Kansas. We found Rons auto repair on MAPS. Called them to explain our situation. They guided us to their shop, got us in right away, provided a no cost loaner car and pointed us to clean safe accomodations close by. All said and done we were back on the road in less than 24hrs! Great Service, great price, great work. After nearly 2 years we have had zero (0) issuses with their work or repairs and highly recommend the services they provide. If you are undecided or hesitant to choose this shop, i invite you to stop by and have a look in thier shop work area. The shop area is clean, inorder, well-maintained and the mechanics are kind and knowledgeable. My experiance was 5+ STARS and still is. V/R Dale Clark

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Ron’s Auto Repair enough. I was visiting from out of state when my car started having issues. Every other garage I called was booked out a week or more. When I called Ron’s, Keith immediately told me they would take care of it and got me in right away. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, clearly explained what they found, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. They even lent me a loaner car for a few hours, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. The customer service was outstanding, the communication was excellent, and I genuinely felt like they cared about helping me rather than just getting me in and out the door. Ron’s Auto Repair has absolutely earned my trust and is now my go-to shop for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Thank you to Keith and everyone at Ron’s Auto Repair!

Being a female, I'm used to auto repair shops underestimating my knowledge and disrespecting me, but I 100% recommend this place. I felt respected and I constantly knew what was going on with my vehicle. They called me after diagnosing my car and walked me through everything. I got texted a detailed report with photos and quality feedback. Although the parts were too expensive for my wallet, they talked me through alternatives and where I could possibly find cheaper fixes. In addition, the guys in the office were friendly and fun to talk with. I will definitely be returning!

I called Ron’s Auto because they had great online ratings and were A+ on BBB with no complaints. I spoke to Keith about what I may be up against with my van. It was a stressful situation but by the end of our conversation he assured me the shop could help. I had my van towed from another place and put my trust that things were going to work out. Kieth communicated with everything that was going on and gave me details on the problem and what needed to be fixed. If I didn’t understand something he explained to me. The communication by phone, text, and transparency with photos of my van while working on it was phenomenal. And the timely manor of diagnosis to fixing it was quick and efficient. I’m back in my camper van with a new radiator and thermostat housing, and very happy with my service. Keith knew the assignment and did not disappoint! My experience with this shop is they have a knowledgeable workforce and the modern technology to work on just about any vehicle, very personable and willing to go out of their way to make my situation less stressful, and I love how personable and professional things were.
